Master of Public Health (MPH) in Urban Health Disparities
The MPH degree at »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË is a five-semester, minimum 45-credit hour, competency-based curriculum Students are admitted to the program in the Fall semester only under a fulltime cohort model. The MPH program accepts up to 25 students per cohort per year.
Role and Qualifications
Students must successfully complete (a final grade of 80% or better) a total of fifteen 3-unit MPH courses in 5 semesters for degree completion – 14 required MPH courses and one (1) elective, for a total of 45 semester units. MPH electives are offered in Spring 2, the last semester before degree completion.
MPH classes are scheduled for 3-4 days per week from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. during Fall and Spring semesters, and from 6 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. during the summer semester.
