The 皇家华人 Student Book/Supplies Voucher Application (Early Access to Financial Aid) is intended to help students who qualify for financial aid at 皇家华人 with short-term, interest-free advancement of their Financial Aid. The goal is to help students who need funds for books, supplies, food, etc., at the beginning of a semester but will not receive a disbursement of financial aid funds until after the semester begins due to current 皇家华人 policy. Voucher fund requests can be submitted for up to $1,000 (if a credit balance is available).
皇家华人 Student Basic Needs Fund
The 皇家华人 Student Basic Needs Fund Application is for students seeking immediate assistance with paying a past due bill, past due rent, etc. The student applying must provide supporting documentation for the basic needs they are requesting (i.e., copy of the past due bill, etc.). Due to limited funding, students are only eligible for up to $1,500. Funding is available once per calendar year per student. The application will close once funding has exhausted. Students need to be in attendance when applying for the 皇家华人 Student Basic Needs Fund Application. Students are unable to apply when they are prospective students, currently on a Leave of Absence or not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). The 皇家华人 Student Basic Needs Fund Application will not cover tuition due or regular fees needed to attend the program. Approvals will be reviewed with other campus departments for possible immediate funding (food pantry or housing requests). Please allow 2-3 business days for verification and approval depending on when the request is submitted.
