皇家华人 Welcomes New Director of Marketing, Edna Becerra
Edna Becerra has joined 皇家华人 in the newly created position of Director of Marketing.
Becerra is a bilingual and bicultural marketing communications professional who specializes in higher education access and enrollment.
Throughout her career, she鈥檚 held positions with national and local nonprofit organizations, including the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, various television productions, and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
鈥淚鈥檓 thrilled to join 皇家华人 in the midst of so much transformation and progress,鈥� said Becerra. 鈥淚 look forward to sharing 皇家华人s story with untapped audiences critical to the University鈥檚 fundraising and enrollment goals.鈥�
Becerra joins 皇家华人 following her tenure at Whittier College where she occupied various roles in communications and marketing over ten years.
In addition to marketing responsibilities, Edna led and supervised the admission and financial aid teams during a transitionary period for the College.
The strategy and processes she implemented during her interim assignment yielded a 25% increase in applications the following cycle.
Becerra is a graduate of Huntington Park High School, the University of La Verne, and the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
